Avenger Volunteer Hub
Team terms of use
Updated October 12, 2026
These are use expectations for Avenger Robotics members and administrators using Volunteer Hub to organize team volunteering.
Use your own account
Sign in with your own student ID and provide accurate account details. New members need the team access code to create an account. Keep student IDs, the team access code, and the administrator code private. Sign out when using a shared device.
The shared administrator code is for team-authorized administrators. Use administrator access only for team duties, such as managing events and assignments, reviewing evidence, and maintaining records.
Signups and assignments
Choose the correct event and role, check its date and time, and keep your signup up to date. Contact team leadership if you cannot attend or need a required assignment changed. Follow the team's instructions for the event.
Hours and certifications
Submit hours for work you completed and use accurate dates, amounts, notes, and evidence. Upload certifications that belong to you. Submissions remain subject to administrator review; requested hours and pending certifications are not the same as approved hours or verified certifications.
Upload appropriate evidence
Upload only files relevant to your submission and that you have permission to share. Avoid unrelated personal information, passwords, identification documents, or sensitive information about other people. Be considerate when including others in photos.
Administrators should use student records, photos, and downloaded reports only for team volunteering and related team recordkeeping, and handle them carefully.
Report problems
The app depends on GitHub Pages, Supabase, and Google Drive. A service interruption or an expired connection can delay sign-in or submissions. Check that a submission appears in your records before assuming it was saved, and contact team leadership if records look wrong.
For help, record corrections, or access concerns, contact kanishkj2105@gmail.com. The privacy notice explains the app's data handling.
